Machined from 7075 Aluminum with Nitrided hardware that won’t rust. Machined grade 5 Titanium recoil lug and clamp. Type 3 Hardcoat Anodize on all aluminum surfaces. Integrated Blue scope level in the base for the perfect level every time. 9/64? driver bit and blue thread locker included. UM PREMIER SCOPE RING INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: All torque specs are listed as inch-pounds. Ensure all screws are torqued to specification prior to shooting. Degrease all screws prior to installation. Use of blue Thread Locker is acceptable. Unscrew the (4) 9/64” Socket Head screws from each ring cap with the included driver bit and set aside. Loosen the (2) screws from each picatinny clamp just enough to install on your rail. Place rings on your rail while paying attention to eye relief and scope tube spacing. Once you’re happy with the scope position, push both ring bottoms forward towards the muzzle until movement stops. Lightly snug the clamp screws by hand until the ring bottom clamp has no movement. Torque each clamp screw to 45 inch-pounds. Repeat the torquing sequence until all screws are torqued. Set scope into rings. Install (4) screws into the ring cap and lightly tighten. Level your scope and then torque all (4) screws to 25 inch-pounds in an alternating star pattern. Repeat the torquing sequence until all screws are torqued. Repeat this tightening process on your second scope ring and then re-confirm ALL screws are torqued to specification on both rings.
