The back yolk shoulder pads are excellent for weight distribution and there is an extendable Grab Drag handle for emergency exfiltration. This vest has adjustable shoulder straps and an adjustable elastic weight band for a comfortable universal fit from small to 2XL. The Sheppard vest side plate pouches which fits 6?x6? and 6?x8? plates comfortably and securely! *The Sheppard vest has extra thick shoulder padding. It feels stiff when new but will soften up and lot and be well worth it! To speed up the process you can take them off and twist them a few times.
